1. Ingredients

2. Smelting

3. Casting

Under suitable casting conditions, the molten aluminum smelted in the deep well casting system is cooled and cast into round cast bars of various specifications.

4. Extrusion of patterned aluminum plate

The heated round cast bar is extruded in the mold. When extruding, the air-cooling quenching process and the artificial aging process are used to complete the heat treatment. The heat treatment strength of different models is also different.

5. Coloring

This is the last step. Before coloring, the aluminum profile must be oxidized. Generally, the corrosion resistance of the oxidized alloy profile is relatively weak, so it must be treated by anodizing to achieve the desired effect.
