Plate shape and others

Flatness: no obvious waves are allowed in the strip, the wave height within 1 meter does not exceed 3mm, and the wave does not exceed 3 per meter;

Side curvature: the side curvature of the product at any length of 2000mm should not be greater than 0.5mm;

Warpage of the end: arbitrarily cut products with a length of 1500mm, and the height of the warp of the end is less than or equal to 5mm;

Connectors: Connectors are not allowed.

Surface and end face quality

Surface: Severe bubbles, missing coating, scratches, corrosion, oil spots, peeling, streaks, chromatic aberration, mottles, roll marks, periodicity, etc. are not allowed to affect the appearance quality of the product, burr <=0.04mm;

End face: neat end face, no loose layer, staggered layer ≤2mm, tower shape ≤5mm;

End warpage degree: arbitrarily cut products with a length of 1500mm, and the height of end warpage is less than or equal to 7mm;
